Zukes and ‘Fu


Serve this with brown rice.

Heat dark sesame oil in a frying pan. Sauté zucchini and tofu. (If your zucchini chunks are larger than your tofu dice add the tofu a few moments later.) Stir-fry until both are golden brown. Toss the cashews in as the zukes and fu are browning. Sprinkle with tamari to taste.

Serve with brown rice.
