Preheat oven to 325°.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. In another bowl, mix together the ginger, maple syrup, molasses, and oil. Add the wet stuff to the dry stuff and stir together, but don't overmix.
Bake at 325° for about 12 minutes; no need to grease the sheet. These are a bit tricky when it comes to baking, since they won't brown or do anything obvious when they are done, and they don't taste too good burnt. So just be vigilant.
